Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. Duties

* Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, and values to support holistic childhood development.
* Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth among preschoolers.
* Manage daily classroom activities with effective behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and discipline.
* Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress in areas such as language skills, early intervention needs, and social skills, utilizing standardized testing when appropriate.
* Collaborate with parents and guardians through regular communication about their child's milestones, challenges, and overall welfare.
* Integrate education techniques and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
* Organize engaging lesson plans that include hands-on activities, storytelling, physical exercises, and arts to foster creativity and motor skills development.

Requirements

* Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
* Formal qualification in early childhood education or related fields; PCMAS Certification needed.
* Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies tailored for young learners.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community members.
* Ability to plan lessons that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical activities, and childcare best practices.
* Prior experience in private school environments or daycare centers is preferred; classroom experience with toddlers is especially valuable.
