General Description

Develop and maintain close relationships of trust and loyalty with customers of high levels income. Provide services to clients with liquid assets of 500K to 3MM or has monthly deposit inflows of 50,000 or more. Offer excellent service, highly specialized in consulting of banking products and financial planning through the customer life cycle and their various financial needs. Achieve increase services, relationships, products, volume, and profitability of their customer base.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:Manage client financial circumstanceswith a focus on maintaining a strong relationship between the client and the bank
:Identify potential clients and building good relationships with them and helping them to manage their wealth
:Proactively suggest clients and explain to them about various types of financial services available
:Build and manage a portfolio of clients that, in addition to traditional banking services, consists of a variety of credit and deposit solution findings.
:Develop new relationships through calling on targeted potential clients; uncover prospect needs for products and services and recommends solutions.
:Develop sales plans and strategies to help structure and seal deals with high close rates.
:Conducts clients' needs assessments through profiling and proactively manages relationships that focus on the delivery of customized solutions for each proposed client.
:Identify opportunities to deliver appropriate retail and trust services such as credit cards, insurance, investment, and financial planning services.
:Collaborates with other specialists and takes ownership to resolve clients banking issues, to ensure exceptional client experience is delivered. Work closely with their internal referral partners to coordinate and develop a well:customed plan for each client in the areas of Personal Finance.
:Provides clients with current industry trends and commands a thorough knowledge of banking products and solutions.
:Focus on deepening relationships with existing customers and their heirs while improving customer experience to attract new clients and promote the transfer of client assets held outside of the institution.
:Monitors customer information, deposits variances, products, financial plan recommendations and market trends to identify new needs and opportunities to better serve customers.
:Ensures service standards and metrics are met based on client banking needs and segmentation.
:Ensure prospect/client information is appropriately entered, updated, and managed.

Education

Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Finance or Accounting, preferred.


Experience

At least (2)two years of related experience in sales and service ofbanking, insurance or investment products.
