Come be a part of our team Position Overview The Silverline Catalog is an internal and (soon to be) external resource detailing our organizational capabilities, offerings, solutions, and partnerships. The Product Manager for the Silverline Catalog will oversee the maintenance of this resource while managing new processes, templates, and accountability structures to support its ongoing growth and development. The Product Manager for the Silverline Catalog reports to the VP of Silverline Ventures and facilitates collaboration across the organization to onboard existing products and encourage new ideas. This role requires a technical background blended with sales and marketing experience. The psychological profile of this PM is a detailed and organized project manager with the focus and drive to take projects to completionthey can juggle and prioritize a long to-do list and keep everyone on task. They have the foresight to anticipate roadblocks and the problem-solving skills to navigate them independently. They are actively and eagerly collaborative, with the ability to communicate across teams and report on shared wins to executives. The ideal candidate would also recognize a good idea when they see one and have the business acumen to nurture and champion it. A good eye for compelling design, copy and multi-media storytelling is also a plus. Key Tasks Responsibilities Define and maintain the Catalog vision; Gather and prioritize Catalog requirements; Manage the Catalog roadmap and release schedule,deploying bi-monthly updates and improvements; Communicate release notes,updates and new features to users and stakeholders; Develop and maintain a project management system to track Catalog-related tasks; Create and follow project timelines and budgets for catalog development; Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing and design to support ongoing development; Launch a public-facing version of the catalog, updated at least annually; Receive and nurture Catalog pitches and products, guiding new ideas through the review and onboarding process; Identify supporting materials, coordinate design with Creative/Design services and work with a producer to develop assets and route for review/approval; Think broadly about marketing, creative and sales strategies that will support the growth of the Catalog; Lead trainings and develop enablement materials to encourage internal awareness and adoption; Foster and collect feedback from users to inform upgrades and improvements; Research and report Catalog performance and internal adoption rates to SLVVP and other executive stakeholders, and Foster collaboration, communication, transparency, creativity and purpose in all actions. Requirements 2-3 years product management experience in a technical, sales-drive no entrepreneurial environment; Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail; Ability to effectively communicate across teams; Experience working with marketing teams and creative services a plus; and Knowledge of Salesforce also a plus.
