Experience and Responsibilities:
Experience and knowledge of eCW electronic record product.
Experience in architecture to implement eCW.
Support the business in the configuration and training of eCW
Define eCW roadmap for the next 2 to 3 years
Keep updated on new eCW product features and how it can bring cost benefit and implementation to the business.
Experience in management or operational process of Medical Clinics, Medical Office, emergency room.
Knowledge about the operational flow processes of the Medical Clinics, Medical Office, emergency room
Experience in environment: of doctors, billing, health codes, etc.
Experience and management, on eCW workflows and processes
Person will be the liaison between the company and eCW
May be a non-highly technical IT person, if eCW operational
Nice to have: experience or knowledge in Sales Force.
Excellent English.

Hands-on experience with electronic medical/health record (EMR or EHR) systems (eClinicalWorks)

Experience in a medical practice working amongst physicians and administrators

Exercise good interpersonal relations and be supportive of the philosophy and policies of the practice
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Methodical and detail-oriented

Effective writer and oral communicator
