Temporary Production Coordinator

Overview:

We're looking for a Temporary Production Coordinator to support our Multimedia Director and the team in managing the day-to-day operations of multimedia projects—from pre-production through post-production. This role is critical in keeping productions organized, timelines on track, and assets well-managed across platforms like Monday.com and PhotoShelter. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Project Support

Manage the Multimedia Director's calendar and coordinate team meetings
Track timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across projects
Maintain production files, permits, equipment logs, contracts, and invoices
Coordinate internal meetings, organize approved video libraries and photo archives

Production Coordination

Oversee logistics for small in-house shoots and event coverages
Lead coordination from planning through post-production
Assist with scheduling, permits, locations, call sheets, and vendor payments
Provide on-site support for setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with safety and production standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in communications, Media Production, or related field preferred
2 years in production coordination or project management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiar with production tools and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com)
Flexible availability and occasional travel required
Ability to lift 10–15 lbs as needed
Bilingual (English/Spanish) and basic video editing (Premiere, Final Cut) are a plus
