Production Operator I

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for the function and operation of an extensive variety of process and pharmaceutical industrial equipment such as weighing, granulation, blending, sieving, milling, compression and coating operating the required equipment according to the GMP’s and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and in fulfillment with established legal regulatory requirements. Operator must have the ability of operate technical equipment.
Requisitos:
1.Education: High School Diploma. Associate degree preferred. 2.Training: Domain and considered Subject Matter Expert in at least 3 manufacturing operations such as but not limited to Tablets Coating, Granulation, Milling, Sieving or compression. Must have experience in screening, weighing, blending, Granulation, etc.

3.Previous experience:
From 0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

SKILLS:

Incumbent must read both English and Spanish. Incumbent must possess mathematical skills to facilitate the interpretation of numerical calculation results, charts, trends and graphs which could lead to process adjustments and decision-making. Computer literacy is preferred. The incumbent must be able to work in a team-based matrix environment.
