Program Associate

Descripción del Empleo:
The Fundación Borincana is seeking an experienced individual to help Puerto Rican organizations access capital for energy infrastructure projects. In consultation with the Lead Advisor, the Program Manager will lead a team providing financial education and technical assistance to local groups seeking to develop and finance energy projects. The Program Associate will be responsible for working with program participants and Instructors to support financial modeling, process and materials development, application for capital, and generally supporting the Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Program execution with Program Manager and Lead Advisor
Manage the cohort member program deliverable process
The Program Associate will be a regular contact for cohort members and will participate in the provision of training/services to cohort members.
Requisitos:
Qualifications Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or engineering or other relevant field, at least three (3) years relevant work experience (defined as experience with economic development, financial analysis, energy project development, lending or credit roles, etc.)
Strong economic and financial modelling skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Spanish and English
Strong workflow management and history of timely project completion
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and follow through on implementation
A passion for the Fundación’s mission and a desire to grow and learn on the job
