IEM is looking to bring on a Full Time- Program Manager. The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of program execution, serving as the main contact for the client. Oversees staff, manages budgets, schedules, and ensures compliance and program goals are met through strategic planning, risk management, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Primary Location:

Live within a commutable distance to Guaynabo, PR.
Work in an Office Environment with a team.

Travel Requirements:

This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.

Essential Functions:

Act as a point of contact between the client or its representatives.
Lead the coordination and control over the execution of all the program activities.
Assist and report to the client or representatives on overall and specific program activities.
Monitor program performance status and establish necessary tools for control over program results.
Participate in developing and implementing strategies to obtain the program's objectives successfully.
Lead, coordinate, and evaluate the performance of all staff.
Lead and manage the coordination of activities for controlling the schedule, budget, and scope of programs.
Lead and coordinate the implementation of program change management, risk management, and quality assurance tools.
Identify program issues and obstacles and develop and implement efficient solutions.
Lead and review all program monitoring activities to prepare and present reports as required by the client.
Identify and promote any other function supporting the program's objectives.
Oversee the Grant Management Team and manage all necessary activities to obtain results on time and within budget, as required by the client.
Lead, coordinate, and facilitate all necessary high-profile, program-wide public presentations, subrecipient meetings, and government or non-government stakeholders' meetings.
Evaluate, estimate, and proactively manage program-related workload requirements.
Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, procedures, and guidelines and possess knowledge of regulatory and statutory compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience: Five (5) years of experience in management or supervision working with Federally Funded Programs.
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Law or a similar discipline.
Experience and Education Substitution: A Master's degree from an accredited institution in a qualifying field may substitute for two (2) years of the required experience.
Must be working locally from Puerto Rico.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree: Master's Degree in Planning, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Law or a similar discipline.
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish Languages.

Additional Information:

Office Locations: Often, these offices are either owned by the client we work with or by IEM. All candidates are expected to follow any rules and regulations of the office in which they are required to work for that project.

Compensation: $120000 - $140000 / year
