Job Description Winsor Group is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The right candidate will have experience managing programs and projects in disaster recovery programs. The role will be responsible for the overall management and administration of portions of the Puerto Rico R3 Program, a CDBG-DR Housing Reconstruction and Repair Program. The duties will vary but in general the following is required: Act as main point of contact between the Puerto Rico Department of Housing Provide reporting and status update / progress update information for PR DOH Formulate, organize, and monitor overall performance of projects within program Manage organizational resources to develop overall strategies and deadlines in the implementation of the CDBG-DR program Lead and evaluate staff within the program Serve as Subject Matter Expert on regulatory and statutory compliance requirements for CDBG-DR programs and similar projects The ideal candidate will meet the following minimum requirements / have the following skills: 10 or more years of experience in CDBG-DR programs, or related disaster recovery programs Bachelor's degree required Management, Construction, and Business Administration preferred Experience in managing multi-functional teams in a business environment Spanish language preferred, but not necessary Company Description Winsor Group specializes in providing Program, Project, Construction and Contract Management services to public agencies in New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, California, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
