Descripción del Empleo:
Manage the development of deposit and lending products, including the following specifications: product offering, system requirements, operational processes, vendor management, etc. Ensure integration with Retail Lending and Retail Deposits teams. Lead the development of the digital bank technology platform, including development of business requirements and the relations management with external technology vendors. Serve as liaison with the System Operations team to ensure an appropriate day-to-day system operations, including testing, incidents management, 24/7 customer support, and accesses. Manage fraud incidents and mitigate risk.
Requisitos:
Bachelor’s degree in related area of Project Management. PMP certified, Agile Methodology knowledge, and SDLC (Software Development Cycle)
