We are looking for a Project Manager or Engineer with experience managing commercial interior jobs, focusing on Gypsum Board projects. The selected candidate will prepare estimates, supervise, deployment and implementation of work plans.
Executes projects as assigned within schedule, quality, and financial objectives. Implements proper controls and monitoring onsite quality performance of Construction Supervisors and subcontractors. Supervises staff/crews of 5 to 20 employees whilst overseeing and assuring safety and security standards are followed all the time.
In a nutshell: the ideal candidate would have control over the projects deployment and execution focusing on preventing changes, obtaining optimum results, controlling budget expenses, avoiding schedule changes, and saving time being the key controller of the project.
