Project Manager

BPS is seeking an experienced (3+years) Project Manager responsible for the project management support on Stability Program and new client's initiatives.

*Responsibilities:*

* Manages project resource needs for the stability program, identifies, and communicates resource/administrative gaps, and works with department management to secure necessary resources to meet project objectives.
* Consults and works cross functionally to influence and promote change to deliver the successful execution of projects for the stability program
* Monitors, tracks, and documents project status and identifies opportunities to ensure targets are met.
* Ensures company documentation related to projects is maintained and updated for compliance with current regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
* Assist with project status communications, training, and orientation of key stakeholders, as required.
* Ability to present project status and findings as required to a variety of levels throughout the organization.

*Position Requirements:*

* 3-5 years of large scale project development in medical devices industries.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. Professional Engineer License or GMP Certification is a plus.
* Contract knowledge and project phase's works.
* Competent in computer skills, including MS Project, Microsoft Office suite and Google platforms.
* Applicant must also have excellent interpersonal skills and be self-motivated.
* Demonstrated experience in personnel management and customer service skills
* Possess excellent communication and oral skills.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Experience with budget and estimates of capital projects.
* Capable of writing clear and comprehensive reports.
* Highly motivated with great organizational, team, and customer service skills
