Project Manager Full Time

Descripción del Empleo:
Perform the duties of project coordinator during the planning and design phases and manage the entire planning-design-bid-award process to ensure the design meets client expectations, cost and schedule requirements without engaging in significant redesign during the construction phase.

Perform all coordination of the planning phase including but not limited to the required site visits and procurement of Request for Proposals, Preliminary Engineering Reports and Technical Memorandums.

Perform all coordination of the design phase including but not limited to design reviews, workshop meetings coordination, cost and schedule evaluation, land acquisition coordination, permitting and field studies procurement.

Perform all coordination of the bid-award phase including but not limited to the bid package preparation, pre-bid meeting, technical comparisons and recommendations.
Requisitos:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university institution
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel
• Spanish and English (written and spoken)
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills with co-workers and clients
