What Will You Do? Plans and manages projects on location, including dry docks, inspections and surveys Work closely and manage project team to meet contractual customer objectives and provide project progress reports as needed Act as primary point of contact for all assigned project related updates internally and externally Communicate and resolve any project related issues Manage, order and control stock and speciality parts Schedule qualified service technicians for applicable jobs Deliver projects on time and within budget Authorizes expenses and labor invoices related to assigned projects Ensure timely project invoicing, as needed Assist with project payment collection, as needed Prepare technical reports and manage warranties in assistance of sales, as needed Identify commercial opportunities during vessel survey and compose proposals Proposes and builds technical solutions for customer's needs, including quote preparation, identification of work scope and project budget Ensure all aspects of quotes, technical proposal and scope of work are completed accurately and cost effectively Be aware of any future work opportunities and/or sale opportunities and take initiative to secure them Support the Global Cruise Sales team on sales budget and yearly dry-docking plan Support the Group Strategy team in the strategic goal of establishing Survitec globally as a provider of technical standards, certification and compliance services Take direction from and collaborate with Service Management to: Serve as the point of contact for assigned projects Keep team informed of all changes including those anticipated Facilitate completion of work assignments Coordinate resources, supplies and materials for timely completion of job Manage day-to-day compliance issues for assigned projects Acquire and maintain current extensive knowledge of the systems installed on customer vessels Assist other Project Managers, as assigned by manager Organize services and surveys for future jobs Maintain service related documents and ensure upload and maintenance Reporting requirements: Weekly and monthly activity reports Monthly budget review Yearly budget review Support Key Account team in customer relationship management updates Perform other applicable tasks, as needed What Do We Need From You?
