*_We are looking for a Project Manager who:_*
* Plan and coordinate technology and/or business projects activities to ensure the execution of the objectives in accordance with the established time and budget.
* Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way.
* Work with the leaders and teams to develop work plan for the projects ensuring that management's expectations are met.
* Manage and communicate risk assessment; report identified risks to management; provide recommendations for mitigation of risk.
* Establish project's scope and objectives.
* Define required tasks and deliverables of project.
* Coordinate and participate in focal meetings to define user needs.
* Direct and coordinate training activities for system users.
* Conduct cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
* Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
* Act as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

*_Job requirements…_*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or other related fields.
* Project Management certification issued by Project Management Institute (PMI) as Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) certification.
* 5 – 7 years of experience in Project Management or other related fields.
* Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Knowledge in Microsoft Projects, preferred.
* Bilingual (Spanish/English),
* Excellent communications skills.
* Customer services skills.
* Time management skills.
* Problem solving ability.
