Our customer is searching for Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior Project Managers with relevant experience in IT projects as well as business projects. These are contract-based opportunities, in-person and located in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, coordinate, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants, and ensuring project deliverables align with business goals. Project Managers will also define project objectives, track progress, and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle of each initiative.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Junior PMs: 1–3 years of project management experience (IT or business-related).
* Mid-Level PMs: 4–7 years of proven project management experience across IT and business projects.
* Senior PMs: 8+ years of demonstrated leadership managing complex projects and guiding other PMs.
* Experience delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timeframes.
* Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Exposure to working with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
* PMP certification is preferred (required for Senior PMs).
