Project Superintendent (Tampa, Fl)

Descripción del Empleo:
The Project Superintendent is solely responsible for and will be held accountable for the timely completion of the project and ensuring that the project is constructed in strict accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes. Shall schedule all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as ensure their completion of work within the time allowed. Responsible for the coordination of work directed in the field, ensure work is performed following plans and specifications. Conflicts or revisions to the plan shall be communicated with the project team (i.e. superiors, architect, engineer, consultant, owner) for mutual resolution, before the execution of work that deviates from the approved plans. Establish and enforce job site quality control programs to ensure quality completion of construction.

Review cost and progress weekly
Ensure testing and coordination
Prepare back charges
Coordinate and maintain equipment
Field procurement
Actively participate in creation of project schedule
Respond to reports
Initiate field change request
Support the quality control program.
Administrate and evaluate on-site hourly personnel.
Conduct safety meetings and prepare minutes
Enforce all safety rules and procedures
Secure site and building at close of each day
Maintain project discipline
Prepare and control payroll functions
