General Description 13;

Administer and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans for Retail Lending Division. Prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling report queries. Monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner and with high quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;

:Manage the on:boarding and deployment of Retail Lending initiatives and new partners to ensure all deliverables and timelines are achieved and in accordance with the Project Plan and policies and procedures.
:Exercise a leadership role, ensuring the completion of projects within defined time:lines, budget controls and quality standards.
:Create and manage project plans for each project, reviewing the plans regularly to ensure tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner. Follow up on any actions, quickly address any difficulties, and escalate issues where necessary. Keep management informed in a timely manner of reasoning behind delays, reschedules and corrective actions to launch plans.
:Maintain a list of critical matters/issues that need to be addressed and/or escalated for a successful project completion.
:Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
:Hold status meetings on a consistent basis with the project stakeholders to inform progress, hold people accountable and make everyone aware on the impacts of delays. Document and follow up on important actions and decisions and prepare necessary presentation materials.
:Ensure tasks are on track and modifications comply with deliverables; includes follow up to contacts responsible for systems (e.g. ACAPS, MiBanco, TSYS, Provenir, Outsystems, TLP, and Credit Care) programming requirements.
:Obtain a complete understanding of new partner programs and participate actively in products definition and approvals: Card Design, Brand, Pricing, Benefits, CC contract and mailing package, and Rewards program among others.
:Collaborate, with the Vendor Management Team to prepare presentations and approvals for the Product Development Committee.
:Manage communication and training plans with Internal Popular teams to ensure awareness of new initiatives and volumes expectations (Customer Service, Telemarketing, Fraud, Collections, Retail Operations, CRC, etc.).
:Take an active part in the project issue/risk management process, by contributing to the identification and prioritization of existing and potential issues and risks and helping to develop strategies and controls to mitigate these.
:Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants (US business team, PR support areas and PR business management team). 13;

Education 13;

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related fields 13;

Masters Degree in Business Administration or related fields 13;

Experience 13;

At least two years relevant project coordination experience in a complex environment.

Other Qualifications 13;

:Demonstrated/proven knowledge and experience in working on or supporting project management to deliver business benefits.
:Aptitude to build and maintain effective relationships with cross:functional teams and support units. Foster teamwork.
:Accurately and clearly convey timely information and ideas, using a style and manner of presentation appropriate to the target audience.
:Capability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, processes, schedules and step:by:step action plans.
