Full Time Job Opportunity

General Description

Responsible for the onboarding and ongoing due diligence review of Retail Lendings critical vendors as well as compliance with corporate procedures and guidelines. This role requires meetings with vendors and effective communication with internal support teams including Procurement, Information Security, Financial Operational Risk Management, Compliance and Legal. In addition, role will support Retail Lendings Business Continuity strategy and SOXs compliance focused on adding value and mitigating potential risks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:
Complete required procurement process and risk questionnaires for new agreements and amendments.
:
Complete vendor risk assessments and due diligence reviews, which include the following areas: Information Security, Operational Risk, Financial Condition, Regulatory Compliance.
:
Complete additional vendor requirements such as Significant or Adverse Changes report, Contract checklist, Exit strategy.
:
Maintain completed forms and supporting evidences in the vendors electronic file.
:
Address risk concerns, provide recommendations and proactively communicate to key stakeholder and executives.
:
Coordinate and actively participate in vendor business reviews, forums and conferences.
:
Analyze, recommend and implement improvements to Retail Lendings Business Continuity strategy and SOX Compliance.

Education

Bachelors degree (B. A.) in Business Administration.

Experience

At least two to five years of related experience. Vendor or risk management experience preferred.
