About this Career Opportunity:
Initiates purchase requisitions for needed materials and supplies and forwards to supervisor. Maintains inventory control and performs inventories.
Closes and forwards purchase orders to appropriate department.
Receives shipment of goods and handles outgoing UPS shipments.
Checks for validity of goods, purchase orders and accuracy of bill lading.
Receives orders, issues supplies and takes physical inventories.
Requests clothing purchases, coordinates fitting sessions and maintains clothing inventory at a level of 2.0 months or less.
Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
An individual must be able to perform the functions of planning, implementing, and evaluation of programs.
Requires the ability to analyze data and write reports.
