Provider Network Manager

Descripción del Empleo:
This position is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of the Provider Network in accordance with financial, regulatory, operational and quality objectives of the organization. That includes multiple aspects of the provider experience including contracting, education and outreach, access and availability, data and reporting from key systems. This position is also responsible for managing growth in provider network, maintaining strategic collaboration with providers, and overseeing provider recruitment and retention.
Requisitos:
-Bachelor's degree for a four-year college or university in a related field. Five to seven years related experience and/or training. Master's degree is preferred.
-Bilingual, Spanish and English.
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports, and legal documents.
-Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from providers, members, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
-Ability to write Power Points Presentations that conform to prescribed style and format.
-Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups and providers
-Specialized computers skills that includes various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by email and use scheduling software.
