The M&E unit assists programs in specific activities that help assess, quantify, and document the outputs and impacts of Mercy Corps programs, overseeing processes related to data collection, management, and analysis. The MER Intern will be involved in the day-to-day collection & management of data and activity evidence for both programs in Mercy Corps Puerto Rico. The MER Intern will also assist in data analysis & consult with program teams regularly to ensure we are collecting and managing the information necessary to monitor progress and demonstrate Mercy Corps' impact. In addition, the MER Intern will be heavily involved in Mercy Corps Puerto Rico reporting processes. The MER Intern will assist in ensuring all reports/updates meet donor and Mercy Corps requirements and are completed in a timely manner. The MER Intern will also work closely with program teams on the implementation and monitoring of our Community Accountability Reporting Mechanism (CARM).
