Descripción del Empleo:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Test current products and identifying deficiencies; Suggest solutions to identified software development problems; Collaborate with the Development team to ensure consistent project execution; Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement; Oversee continuous improvement projects; Collect quality data; Identify key KPIs for product quality; Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management; Establish and Maintain Quality Management Systems (Run Various Tests, Create and run the various tests necessary to prove the product performs as intended); Determine Root Cause of Defective Products/Programs/System; Prepare Regular Quality Reports: Must provide regular status reports to manage.
Requisitos:
Other Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field and 2+ years of experience as a Manual Tester, QA Tester, Automation Tester or similar role.
Bilingual; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent listening and interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendlylanguage; Ability to conduct research into application development issuesand products; Highly self-motivated and directed; Keen attention to detail; Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressureenvironment; and Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
