Quality & Compliance Analyst

The Quality & Compliance Analyst is responsible for improving operational procedures in different business areas by implementing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. He/she should communicate new policies and protocols, answer questions, coach agents and provides immediate solutions for quality & compliance improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Requisitos:
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Social Sciences, or equivalent degree;
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in quality or compliance;
• Familiarity with Health Industry practices and professional standards;
• Hands on experience with MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Call Copy, among others;
• High attention to detail and excellent analysis comprehensive and critical judgement skills;
• Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferable;
• Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
