Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective treatment plans, promote skill development, and improve quality of life. Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA), working with children, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) is preferable. Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions based on individualized care plans.
* Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
* Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), promoting independence and skill acquisition.
* Implement teaching strategies tailored to each individual's needs, including communication, social skills, and behavior management.
* Support clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and positive environment conducive to learning and growth.
Qualifications
* Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
* Ability to collect detailed data during sessions accurately and efficiently.
* Compassionate approach with excellent teaching skills and patience for working with individuals requiring behavioral health support.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
