Recent Graduates or College Students
Assist a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and gain insight into the world of Appraising.
Assist in inspection and collection of information about the property to be appraised and comparable properties.
Assist in preparation of building sketches and confirmation of information at government offices, web based applications, private computer applications, the web, and in the field.
Preparation of appraisal report drafts by inserting, the information gathered and confirmed, in the basic format of the different reporting options.
Strong English writing skills and Spanish verbal skills
Recently completed Bachelor Degree (after May 2019) with finance, real estate and/or accounting courses or College Students currently enrolled in a business track.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft’s Word & Excel software
Willing to commit to a three (3) month cycle with a possibility to convert into a full-time position with the company.
Ability to work independently, quick learner, desire to learn the commercial valuation field, and sincere dedication to producing a quality product
