Job Summary: Administrative Sales support. This rolesupport the sales organization with sales meetings, customer appointments mainlyfor Parts and Dealer Main contact to manage all daily walk invisitors for Parts, Credit, Sales departments for any salestransactions/warranties or training/meeting. Manage all mailing processes UPS/FedEx, coordinatesincoming and outgoing packages and mail. Coordinate all daily banking deposits(credit department and messenger/delivery). This position keep track of all oilsamples from Services to main factory, distribute all calls to appropriateresources Sales and Services, manage all mobiles issues with 3rd partiescontractors and employees. Responsible to manage outsourcing cleaningservices, other general maintenance activities and supplies inventory. This person coordinate and supervise allsuppliers who provides daily cleaning services, office/cleaning supplies,general office maintenance and building repairs. This position manage all cleaninginventory supplies for office and eight restrooms and responsible for replenishand distribution of general supplies. Answersand directs calls and emails in courteous and timely manner, primary customer inbound calls. Greetscustomers and contacts the appropriate persons the customers wish to meet. Requestquotations for building minor repairs and office general supplies. Replenishall office materials necessary (as approved by office Manager) SupportPO's transactions for the office (as needed) Maintainsand keeps update the board forassociates for activities Logisticscoordinator for all office meetings: rooms, meals, transportation SupportHuman Resource with all training activities (customers & employees) Supportsales department with communications materials and promotions. Occasionallyrequires overtime/weekend work.
