We are looking for Bilingual Receptionists to provide front desk support and general administrative assistance to our Millennium Plaza office. The Receptionist is the first point of contact and will welcome different individuals (i.e. clients, vendors, and guests) who visit the office. Receptionist's duties include but are not limited to offering administrative support across the organization, coordinating front-desk activities, distributing correspondence, and handling phone calls. PRIMARY DUTIES Perform general administrative and clerical duties as directed by Management. Handle multi-phone system and respond to calls. Greet and direct vendors, clients, and visitors in a professional manner. Coordinate with Management for meetings, trainings, reports, and special projects Participate in projects as assigned. Ensure confidentiality of documents. Maintain and organize files and reports with a high degree of accuracy. Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office. Escalate issues to Management as necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma. Bilingual Spanish and English Current residence in Puerto Rico Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Experience using other software and databases, including, Visio, Skype, etc. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Detail-orientated, dependable, and problem-solver. Superb customer service and people skills.
