*Responsibilities:*

* Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual (English & Spanish)
* Administrative tasks such as filing, scanning (digitize documents), and data entry.
* Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
* Order and supply materials.
* Correspondence management and distribution.

*Requirements: *

* Associate degree in business administration or related field, preferred.
* Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Customer service experience.
* Must have excellent phone and in-person projection skills.
* Ability to adapt to change by assisting customers.
* Ability to create a professional and courteous environment.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.
