Jr. Recruiter

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for the full recruitment process from the moment you receive the recruitment request from the Human Resources Manager.
After screening the candidate's you will perform the initial interview by phone
Once you have the best candidates, you will arrange the interviews for the candidates with the Human Resources Manager
You will exchange feedback about the candidates and inform them about the hiring decision
Requisitos:
• One (1) year of experience in full-cycle recruitment in call center or high-volume service/sales organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
• Like to work in a pressured
• Like to work on your own initiative and are proactive
• Like to work in a team
• Can prioritize and meet deadlines
• Have an advanced level of MS Office preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook)
