Record Management Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
Responsible for performing tasks that support the Company Records Management Program. This position is responsible for managing the site compliance in the areas of Storage Management, Record Destruction Process/Site Shredding Program, Clean-up Activities, Records Management Training Support, Vital Record Protection, and Program Record-keeping Documentation at the following sites: Company and the Vital Records Program.
Requisitos:
Bachelor Degree: Business Administration or Science At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in the following Microsoft Office Suite of programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Outlook
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Strong experience in documents management and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
ARMA Professional Association membership preferred
