Descripción del Empleo:
Experience in the Recruitment process/ Phone screen and cold calling candidates to know their interest to participate in new opportunities. Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels. Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility. Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit.
Requisitos:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or related area. Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Recruitment process and customer service oriented. Preferable experience recruitment in specialized positions. Fully bilingual.
