*Responsibilities*

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Conduct cold calls to potential candidates to gauge interest and suitability for open positions.
* Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
* Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
* Provide training development support for new hires as needed.
* Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

*Skills*

* Proven experience in internal recruiting and executive recruiting is preferred.
* Strong cold calling skills with the ability to engage potential candidates effectively.
* Familiarity with sales principles as they relate to recruitment strategies.
* Solid understanding of human resources practices and employment law compliance.
* Fully bilingual
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
