Rent Collector

Descripción del Empleo:
Company leader in the administration of Public Housing is seeking for a Rent Collector.

Responsibilities:

•Assist the Project Manager in the collection of the residents rents, as well as the collection of any another debt that the resident could have.
•Visit personally the residents to request them to visit the Administration Office of the public housing to pay the debt, or to part, according to the case.
•Provide orientation to residents for payment plans.
•Create reports as requested.
•Shall perform any other task related with the position as may be required.
Requisitos:
Requirements: •Bachelor Degree or associate degree in Business Administration- Major in Accountant.
•Active Driver License
•Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word and Outlook.
•Bilingual (English and Spanish).
•Prepare monthly reports as: Negative Rent and Debt.
•Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
•Must be able to work in the Metropolitan area.
