Responsibilities:
Manage to answer the phone, respond to customer requests, data entry, record maintenance, and other duties.
Conduct telephone interview to gather the necessary data, log the health care services, coordinate appointments and make the referrals.
Respond to incoming calls from our customers on issues related to benefit eligibility questions and prescription status inquiries.
Keep accurate records of what materials are coming in and going out.t.

Requirements:
Proficient with computer and Windows PC applications.
Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner.
Fast learner and responsible.
Experience in call center customer service.
Great communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow up.
Must have excellent people skills.
