Residential Housing Inspectors

Job Description Plexos Group is looking for Inspectors We are seeking individuals who are hard working and ready to help with the relief from Hurricane’s Harvey, Irma and Maria. We are servicing the areas affected in St Thomas, St Croix and St John, Virgin Islands. We will accept candidates that can travel to the location temporarily. The assignment is likely be mid to long term, more details to come. To qualify for the position, you will need some experience in residential home construction. There are many opportunities and spots will fill soon, so please apply asap. The pay will differ from assignment to assignment, but will be very competitive. Likely to work on a schedule of 6-7 days a week with 10-12 hour days when necessary. Inspections will consist of site visits to damaged homes and filling out an inspection worksheet, supplied by the program. Post construction there will be another visit with a completion checklist to be filled out, again supplied by the program. More details will come as the assignments begin.
