Respiratory Therapist (Rrt) Night Shift - Full Time Perm

Full-time, permanent opening for a RRT in La Grande.
Nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains.
Situated in the Grande Ronde Valley, La Grande is the third largest city in eastern Oregon.

POSITION TYPE: Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
LOCATION: La Grande, Oregon
SHIFT: Nights, Friday-Wednesday
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Performs all basic need of respiratory care as prescribed by physicians/licensed independent practitioners
- Applies and manages mechanical ventilators in collaboration with physicians/licensed independent practitioners
- Assembles, disassembles, operates, maintains, and performs adjustments in the applications of durable medical equipment and circuitry used in the delivery of respiratory care
- Performs pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing as prescribed

LICENSURE:

- Current license in state practiced as required
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required.

- Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as an RRT

EDUCATION:

- Associate or technical degree required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
