Now Hiring: Restaurant FOH Managers and Kitchen Managers

Iconic full service restaurants located in Alaska is seeking full time and seasonal exceptional leaders with high energy, great communicational skills, and an eagle eye for detail to join our team. They must thrive working under pressure, be a creative problem solver and have a passion for hospitality.

We offer competitive pay with entry levelmanagers starting at $55k a year to General Managers starting at $120k to $130k a year with additional bonuses and perks including 401k with employee match, employee discounts, medical insurance, housing, and incredible opportunities for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Running the Show

* Own your shifts — opening, mid, or closing — you keep it all flowing.
* Lead a seasonal team from opening day to the final farewell, ensuring guests get top-notch service every single time.
* Coach, motivate, and support your team in real time
* Ensure the dining room, patio, and bar are spotless, stocked, and ready for action.

Creating Legendary Guest Experiences

* Solve problems on the fly and turn tricky situations into awesome moments.
* Set the tone — your energy and attitude shape the guest experience.
* Hold your team accountable for legendary hospitality — every guest, every shift.

Training & Developing Your Team

* Help hire, train, and coach a seasonal team of hospitality rock stars.
* Keep the team engaged and focused on both fun and performance.
* Foster a culture of respect, learning, and teamwork — and make sure they leave with lifelong skills.

Operations & Compliance

* Manage deliveries, inventory, and invoices so the back end runs as smoothly as the front.
* Champion safety and sanitation — even in the wild, clean and safe comes first.
* Stay on top of local and state regulations — you're the pro making sure we stay compliant.
* Monitor responsible alcohol service — keep it fun, keep it safe.
* Implement new policies and procedures to keep improving the guest and team experience.

The Must-Haves

* Able to stand and move for up to 10 hours per shift.
* Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Current TAPs and Food Handler/ServSafe Certification (or willing to obtain).
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume ($3-$5 million/year) restaurant preferred; 10 years of experience for General Managers.
* Previous supervisory or management experience is strongly preferred — but if you've got natural leadership skills, we're interested!
