Position Summary: Under the direction of the General Manager, this positionwill be responsible for assisting in administrative activities and back officesupport for the PRTRA Business Unit. This role will also be responsible for thepurchase order creation and management. Will also be responsible for the backoffice support to the commercial team. Essential Job Functions: Create purchase order as assigned by the KeyAccount Manager Provide monthly update of A&P budget byCustomers including Canada. Review and process customer/vendor invoices inaccordance to purchase orders once approved by Key Account Manager Reconcile A&P promotional calendars. Update pricing surveys for all customers andshare it with finance department Keep up to date commercial agreements and tradeterms database. Create & update Customer locations database. Reconcile A&P invoices for Dufry across alllocations. Partner with PRTRA Business Unit team with all adhoc projects. Consolidate & maintain promo calendars. Support Commercial team in the planning,submission and other customer requests in regard to New ProductIntroduction Qualifications/Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Experience: 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the industry.Self-motivated and self-directed individual with strong communication andinterpersonal skills. Thorough and creative problem-solving abilities, strongverbal and written skills. Must be able to manage multiple initiatives withstrong analytical skills Technical skills: Excel knowledge and PowerPoint. Intermediate knowledge ofMicrosoft Outlook and Word. Languages: English required. Spanish is a plus. Expectation of travel: No '271109 SDL2017
