Sales And Services Associate

*Overview*
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their purchases, maintain store presentation, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

*Responsibilities*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
* Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
* Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
* Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and maximize sales opportunities.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure excellent customer service.
* Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
* Help with store's social media management

*Skills*
* Experience with cash registers and POS systems is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette for customer interactions.
* Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience for customers.
* Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is a plus.
* Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating patience and attentiveness to customer needs.
