Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with product information
- Assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Experience in wireless or technical sales preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in conducting product demos to showcase features
