Sales Associate

*Fitness For Life Caribbean, LLC. *is the leading fitness equipment retailer and distributor in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean of the leading brands Life Fitness and NordicTrack among others.

*Position Overview*
As a sales associate you will be responsible for maintaining store standards and delivering a positive customer experience. Your goal is to provide our customers with outstanding orientation on the use and characteristics of our home fitness equipment so that they can, in turn, select the equipment best suited to their fitness goals. You will also be responsible for a variety of duties as assigned by the store management team (i.e., store and backroom organization, visual presentation, etc.).

*Responsibilities*
* Provide friendly and polite attention from the greeting to the exit.
* Create a positive impression through an energetic attitude, clear communication and pristine physical presence including adhering to the dress code.
* Maintain a clean and organized environment.
* Provide customers, either in person or by phone, with outstanding orientation on the use and characteristics of our technical fitness equipment.
* Provide efficient service at the cash wrap.
* Capture customer information in the database.
* Receive service requests and channel to appropriate person.

* Capacity to memorize and retain technical product information.
* Punctual with designated work schedule.
* Is flexible and willing to work any designated schedule.
* High school education completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
