Sales Associate/Key Holder

*Job Requirements*

* *Must be able to communicate both English and Spanish*
* Prior experience in a customer service retail environment.
* Retail experience in high volume company a plus.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Flexibility in schedule must include Holiday, Night and Weekend shifts.

*Responsibilities Include but not limited to:*

* Continuously working with the Tag Heuer Boutique way of selling to optimize personal sales performance.
* Achieve retail sales targets including volume and product mix, on daily, weekly and monthly goals
* Makes sure all daily, weekly, and monthly store routines are taken care of as assigned.
* Maintains a professional, and well-groomed appearance according to the Tag Heuer national dress code
* Communicates clearly and directly, approachable and relates well to others
* Anticipates customer needs, champions for the customer, acts with customers in mind
* Proven track record of building customer relationships and developing return business

Experience:

* Retail Sales: 3 years

Pay: $17.00 per hour
