Work with customers to search what they want, create solutions, ensure sales and sales support. Work to find new sales leads through dozens of sales calls generating interest for potential projects or orders. Maintain company database for customers' contact and projects.
Responsibilities:
Cold calls – Making outbound calls, marketing Z Electric products, and services.
Have knowledge of all our products- Lighting, poles, and Eaton.
Search for business opportunities.
Conduct sales quotes
Relay information to salespersons and work in a team.
Send company presentations to customers
Prepare presentations or change
Respond to customer emails
Attend sales calls from customers
Search daily or weekly Gov’t bids page
Maintain bid information- Low bidders, dates, and awards.
Maintain each Municipality structure of agencies and important contacts for each department for our sales team to visit.
Follow up on quotes
Work with other central Gov’t agencies in developing contacts and possible projects
Work with each sales team member for sales strategies when closing deals.
Maintain a daily schedule of possible projects
Develop private accounts (non Gov’t) for business opportunity
Maintain a list of contacts and customers of Z Electric (database).
Work on special projects
Maintain a list of office quotes monthly
Send quotes from any sales rep. or prepare a quote for any sales rep to be sent to customers.
Contact our suppliers for any request or follow up on any issue.
Requirements:
BA University degree
Sales experience
English and Spanish
Knowledge in computer: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)
Customer service experience
Consumer excellence Focus
Assist Sales Team
Knowledge to communicate effectively
Must have interpersonal skills

Dress code casual for the office.
Vacation as per PR laws applies and sick days when hired. ½ day per month first year.
Probation 6 months
Saturday and Sunday off
S.S & Income tax applies by law.
