The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will use their collective experience to uncover opportunities with inbound prospects using a consistently high level of professionalism. The Sales Development Representative role is to aggressively identify and persistently qualify new business opportunities by building relationships with potential prospects via telephone, email and social media. The role carries the responsibility of managing pre-qualified leads while setting appointments for Account Executives and meeting/exceeding qualified lead goals. The position reports to the SDR/BDR Manager and requires extensive telemarketing efforts and interaction with the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Immediate response to all assigned inbound leads from all inbound lead sources; Updating CRM database with all activities Securing a transition meeting between the prospect and Account Executive (AE); Working closely with the Account Executive team and SDR/BDR Manager to ensure a professional transition of leads.
