Overview This is a unique opportunity to join the MorCare team as the Sales Enablement Analyst to help craft and drive the marketing and communication strategy for our business. This is a position that requires an individual with a blended business and marketing background who is responsible for our sales enablement and marketing functions. The Sales Enablement Analyst will work in collaboration with the EVP, Senior Client Executives and other MorCare Vice Presidents. The position will work to understand the market, competitors, solutions and offerings, and will then identify, develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to strengthen and expand our existing client base, increase lead generation and drive organic growth activity. This position will include gathering market intelligence, product planning, organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns for MorCare solutions. Details Responsibilities: Provide direction and marketing leadership to MorCare EVP; executing on a wide variety of marketing and communications projects including demand generation marketing, conference and tradeshows, SEO, Brand awareness, direct mail, website updates, digital marketing campaigns, and PR activities. Participate in regular meetings and provide periodic communications back to various team members in order to assure that the marketing activities both drive and support the sales efforts of the various groups (and Harris Healthcare overall). Develop marketing strategies and initiatives to effectively drive sales for our vertical markets. Manage selling kit and inventory of collateral, including timely shipments and distribution of collateral to events, regional offices, and prospects. Work with the various sales teams generating leads with an emphasis on ensuring good lead tracking and reporting, super-user of Dynamics/WD365. Ensure consistency in brand and positioning throughout all areas of MorCare RFP monitoring, coordination and delivery Plan, manage and/or participate in trade shows, user group, industry and partner events as appropriate. Conceive and execute promotional strategies to drive qualified sales leads. Cost-effective creativity is necessary, and specific programs could include webinars, whitepaper campaigns, online advertising, direct response, tradeshows and partner campaigns. Manage the MorCare website in order to drive strong SEO and lead generation for the groups. Collaborate with the Support and Sales teams to create customer communications around quarterly training events, newsletters, promotions and related activities. Manage all external communications including press releases and advertising in order to build brand awareness for MorCare Ability to effectively balance competing priorities to fulfill all internal and external customer expectations. Qualifications: Experience in Healthcare Software Industry preferred A demonstrated track record of success with a solid knowledge of and experience in marketing programs. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Knowledge and measurable experience with electronic marketing tools Basic skills and experience with programs for in-house collateral design and website updates CRM experience (Dynamics 365 preferred) and its relationship to marketing is desired. Takes initiative; ability to successfully prioritize and multi-task several projects in a time sensitive environment. 4 years of extensive and varied marketing experience.
