Sales Engineer

Descripción del Empleo:
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE As key point of contact for customers, sales engineers play a vital role in the company's sales mission. They must have an extensive knowledge of our services and solutions to be able to connect with existing and potential customers. They must, with their technical skills, explain how our services are the best alternative. Also, provide pre and after-sales support and education.
Requisitos:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an Accredited Institution.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales of software and telecom solutions.

Knowledge of telecom networks.

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

CRM Management

Availability to travel to clients and between Caribbean islands.

Relationship skills- Customer focused, results and team oriented.

Communications skills- Strong oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to discuss high technical concepts.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

Certifications such as Juniper, CISCO, Alcatel or HP
