We are looking for a high-performing, Digital Media Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Identify and prospect new clients (both cold and warm leads).
* Coordinate and deliver effective sales presentations.
* Follow up consistently via calls, emails, messages, and CRM tools.
* Manage invoices and basic closing documentation.
* Identify emerging market opportunities and trends.
* Present confidently to executives and decision-makers.
* Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and strategic thinking.

*Skills and requirements*

* *2+ years of B2B sales experience*, ideally in marketing, advertising, or media.
* Proven success in cold calling, active prospecting, and objection handling.
* Consultative mindset with strong goal orientation.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
* Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and active insurance.
* Ability to work in person and independently meet goals.
* Strong presentation and deal-closing skills.
* Passion for continuous learning, creativity, and adaptability.
* *English fluency is a strong plus.*

*Education*

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
* Certifications, workshops, or training in digital sales are highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
