Seeking Lead Generators / Brand Ambassadors to join our Sales Support Team At Sears, we pride ourselves in our ability to take care of our members in almost every aspect of their lives. This includes the biggest asset most people have, the home. This role specializes in generating leads for Home Improvement Products sales team. Our home improvement product lines include siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet re-facing, bathroom remodeling and heating and air systems. Your primary objective will be to approach customers, or event attendees, and provide them with the opportunity to schedule an in-home No Cost - No Obligation estimate with our sales team for the home improvement project of their choice. This is a high volume cold approach process that will challenge and reward you for your skills.
