Sales Manager – Country Level

*Position Summary:*

The *Country Sales Manager* will be responsible for leading and managing the sales operations across *Pakistan*. This role demands strong knowledge of the laboratory supply market, experience in managing key accounts, and the ability to drive business growth through a high-performing sales team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Develop and execute the national sales strategy in alignment with Ghrasa's regional goals.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the country sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities, expand customer base, and strengthen existing relationships with labs, universities, hospitals, and research institutions.
* Maintain a deep understanding of the local laboratory supply market, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in public and private sector organizations.
* Collaborate with the product, procurement, and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient after-sales service.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics; prepare regular reports and forecasts for senior management.
* Represent Ghrasa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical sales practices.

*Requirements:*

* Bachelor's degree in Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
* Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience, preferably in laboratory supplies, medical devices, or scientific equipment.
* Proven experience in leading and managing a country-level sales team.
* Strong network and understanding of the healthcare, education, and research sectors.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
* Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
* Ability to travel across the country as required.
* Fluency in [local language] and English is preferred.
